GES ve RES izin süreçlerini büyük ölçüde kolaylaştıran yasal düzenleme devreye girdi!
GÜYAD olarak, uzun zamandır sektörümüz adına dile getirdiğimiz ve GES & RES projelerinin yatırım süreçlerini hızlandırarak enerji yatırımlarını teşvik etmeyi amaçlayan çok önemli bir yasal düzenleme daha hayata geçiriliyor.
GES & RES proje izin süreçleri için adeta 'devrim' niteliği taşıyan ve bu süreçleri 1 yıla kadar indirecek olan son değişiklikle, güneş ve rüzgâr enerjisi santralleri yapı denetim kapsamından çıkarılmış oldu.
Yatırımcıların önündeki 'bürokratik ve mali engelleri önemli ölçüde azaltan bu son düzenlemenin hayata geçirilmesinde emeği olan tüm kamu paydaşlarına teşekkür ederiz.

Legal regulation that greatly facilitates SPP and WPP permitting processes in Türkiye!
Yet another very important legal regulation, which we have been voicing on behalf of our sector for a long time as Energy Investors Association (GÜYAD) and aims to encourage energy investments by accelerating the investment processes of SPP & WPP projects, is starting to be implemented.
With the latest amendment, which we define as a 'revolution' for SPP & WPP project permit processes and will reduce these processes nearly to as short as to 1 year, solar and wind power plants have now been removed from the scope of building inspection.
We would like to thank all public stakeholders who have contributed to the realization of this latest regulation, which significantly reduces the bureaucratic and financial obstacles in front of investors. We strongly believe that this latest amendment will boost the investment decisions for both local and international investors.
